What We Loved in 2022

2022 has been an amazing year for the CONNECTIVE team! We’ve welcomed new clients, continued to cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and added SEVEN (yes, you read that right) new team members. We worked on award-winning projects, like the Teacher Incentive Allotment interactive funding map which won gold for web interactive capabilities at the Marcom Awards! We also took the time to do good work in our communities with our quarterly volunteer days that saw us wrapping gifts with the Birthday Party Project and working in the gardens at Bonton Farms. The CONNECTIVE team even got the chance to go on our first-ever team retreat in Austin, where we planned for the coming year and did some good, old-fashioned team-building! 

Beyond the professional achievements and milestones, each of our teammates experienced plenty of personal highs this year, too. Let’s take a look back at our favorite moments, memories and accomplishments of 2022.

• Traveling with my ultimate team to play in Colorado and Wisconsin.
• Getting a kitten named Alfredo (Alfie).
• Moving to Dallas and starting at CONNECTIVE!

Ben

• Visiting my sister for Thanksgiving.
• Joining the CONNECTIVE team.

Carson

• Traveling to visit family in Albania.
• My daughter learning new words!
• The return to a more normal Dallas arts season.

Deme

• Joining the AMAZING CONNECTIVE Agency Team!
• Attending a girl’s trip to Aruba.
• Taking my grandmother to Vegas for the first time. 

Haley

• My first trip to Disney World!
• Visiting Spain with my husband for our delayed honeymoon.

Hayat

• Going on RV trips with the family!
• My little one’s 1st day of school.
• Gathering with family & friends after a long time.

Jacq

• Our company anniversary party–so much fun with our favorite people! 
• Seeing OG members of our team grow their careers here and get well-earned promotions! 
• Finally getting to see family again after a couple of years of missing everyone!

• The world slowly opening back up and getting to go to concerts and events!
• Completing my first full year with CONNECTIVE!

• Colorado trips to visit the fam.
• Getting engaged!
• Dressing up as Manny for Halloween!

• Visiting family in Ohio for the first time since before the pandemic.
• Working on more video/media-related projects this year.

• Trip to Cabo!

• First trip to Italy! 
• Seeing all my siblings for the first time in a couple of years!

Manny

• Being with our whole team, family and friends at our company retreat.

Michelle

• Going to Vegas and seeing Formula 1.

Vivienne

• Nathan and I moving into our first house together.
• Going on our first real vacation back to Savannah for the first time since June of 2020.

• Getting to be part of the growth of our agency as we continue to strengthen our capabilities and deepen relationships with our clients.
