Mikea Jackson

Account Executive

Mikea’s communications and project management journey grew naturally and authentically. She grew up taking note from her father who owns and operates several businesses and gets her drive from her family that came from humble beginnings. Throughout her career, her resourcefulness and entrepreneurial spirit have been evident to all who get to work with her. In the present, Mikea embodies those same qualities here at CONNECTIVE Agency, through her role as account executive. She combines her passion for communication, highly collaborative nature and ability to prioritize to provide quality service and projects to our clients.

Mikea credits much of her foundation to her family, education, and work opportunities prior to joining the CONNECTIVE team. Throughout her career, she gained insight into business development and executive communications during her time at a local corporate law firm, and planned conferences, crafted educational content campaigns and led accounts at a social impact agency. From these relationships and experiences, she honed in on key skills in time management, content development, strategy and the most universal, the understanding of people, business and relationships.

As a graduate of Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication and a minor in African American and Africana Studies, Mikea works to connect her commitment to the community in her communications career.

In addition to work, Mikea enjoys cooking for loved ones, dancing, walking in nature, and advancing social justice causes with the local community through events and her active involvement in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
