Debbie is the Director of Project Management at CONNECTIVE Agency, with more than 15 years of experience guiding digital, marketing, and technology projects from start to finish. A PMP-certified leader, she’s known for keeping work organized, teams aligned, and clients confident about where things are headed.

Over the years, Debbie has partnered with clients across a wide range of industries—including technology, education, telecommunications, finance, government, and non-profits. She brings a practical, people-first approach to managing website builds, software implementations, and digital marketing initiatives, helping teams stay focused while navigating change.

Debbie believes the best projects start with truly understanding what matters most to clients—their goals, challenges, timelines, and team dynamics. She’s at her best bringing people together, clearing roadblocks, and turning big, complex efforts into plans that feel achievable and well-aligned. Along the way, she’s led teams, turned around at-risk accounts, and put delivery processes in place that improved both consistency and client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending time with family and staying active. You’ll often find her playing tennis, traveling to new places, biking around town, or hiking in the mountains whenever she gets the chance.
