Senior Account Executive

CONNECTIVE Agency is an integrated marketing and communications agency based in Dallas, Texas and we’re looking for a senior account executive to join our team.

Our clients are leaders in the education, government agency, health care, professional services, manufacturing, non-profit, and technology sectors. We specialize in audience education and engagement strategies across the channels that matter most to achieving our clients’ goals.

We are seeking a versatile, experienced client service professional who is highly collaborative, organized, people-oriented, and excels at client service and project management.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have an acute focus on detail and a relentless commitment to quality while delivering projects on time.

Candidates should have an interest in working across a wide variety of industries and campaign types. They should be able to work with a high degree of independence and be open to collaborating across disciplines, and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day management of key client accounts 
• Support the creation and management of marketing plans, campaigns, and budgets
• Writing, project management, and brainstorming great ideas across client industries and key issues 
• Measurement and reporting 
• Collaborate with our clients, writers, strategists, photographers, videographers, etc. to successfully bring a vision to life
• Problem-solving and anticipating clients’ needs
• Work on a wide variety of projects while being able to shift gears quickly if priorities change   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related discipline
• Senior Account Executive: 3-5 years working in marketing/communications
• Great collaboration and communication skills
• Solid client service experience 
• Good writing and campaign experience in portfolio
• High willingness to work on small tasks and big projects — with the same level of excellence
• Hunger for continuous improvement and professional development
